Overflow Parking Instructions (Crowne Plaza Parking is full):

Mini-seminar: The Board recommends parking at the Central Parking Lot at the corner of Summit Hill and Central. This is the lot across from the Old City Diner (soon to be Enterprise Rental Car at entrance to Old City) on the right as you turn on to Central. It is about a 150 yard walk from this lot to the Crowne Plaza. This lot has an automated attendant. Parking cost is $3 and can be paid with cash or credit card. Parking will be reimbursed at the mini-seminar sign in table. A board member or Crowne Plaza employee will direct traffic from the Crowne Plaza Parking Garage when it fills up.

Dinner Meeting: Parking opens up at the Crowne Plaza by 6 p.m. because people working around the hotel and park there leave by that time. In the event that we have a particularly large turn-out or the Crowne Plaza garage is full due to other events, the Board will secure parking at the lot about 200 feet west of the hotel on the left with the small orange attendant building. The lot sign will say monthly parking, but you can park there after 6 p.m. at no cost. TSCPA will have made arrangements with the lot owner. Again, a Crowne Plaza employee or board member will direct traffic to that garage when the Crowne Plaza lot becomes full.

We cannot guarantee a board member will be present to direct traffic from the Crowne Plaza Hotel after 4:15 p.m. for the mini-seminar or 6:20 p.m. for the dinner meeting. So please be on time for these events. Thanks.
