First Time Login INstructions
Welcome to the new TSCPA website! Along with our updated site, we have changed our login credential requirements to offer a more secure experience. You'll be prompted to revise your login after you sign in for the first time.
Initial Login Instructions
To login for the very first time on the new site, you'll use your OLD login information. This means your username = your last name and your password = your TSCPA member number. If you don't know your member number, check the mailing label on any TSCPA publication - your number will be the digits following the letter "M" on the label. Alternatively, you can call the TSCPA office at 615/377-3825 or email us and we can look up your number for you.
If you have two last names (example: Jane Doe Smith), your username requires an underscore between the two names (Doe_Smith).
Resetting Your Login
After you login using your old credentials, you'll be redirected to update your login information. The new requirements are that your username = an email address and that your password is whatever you choose, as long as it's between six and 15 characters. You'll also have the opportunity to provide a security question/answer to help with retrieving your password, should you forget it at some point.
We hope that resetting your login isn't an inconvenience. The changes are designed to provide everyone with a truly unique login, ensuring a more secure experience on the TSCPA website.
Help!
The process for resetting your login should be fairly quick and painless. If it's not, please let us know and we'll be glad to help you out. You can call us at 615/377-3825 or email tscpa@tscpa.com.
Special note: If you're prompted to update your login credentials in the midst of registering for a course (this may happen when you add an event to your shopping cart), please note that your purchase is NOT complete until you return and enter payment information.
