Walter H. Nunnallee, Esq., CPA, is a professor of tax law at North Carolina Central University School of Law in Durham, N.C. He received a B.A. from Florida State University, a J.D. from the University of North Carolina, and an L.L.M. (Taxation) from the University of Florida (where he finished first in his class). Nunnallee has worked as a CPA with KPMG Peat Marwick, and as a tax attorney with the law firm Manning, Fulton, and Skinner in Raleigh, N.C.
