TSCPA Responds to AICPA Peer Review Exposure Draft

On June 26, TSCPA submitted comments on the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) exposure draft of proposed revisions to the AICPA Standards for Performing and Reporting on Peer Reviews. TSCPA supports revisions to the Standards that merge the AICPA and Center for Public Company Audit Firms (CPCAF) Peer Review Programs, the transition to principles-based standards and the reengineering of the reporting process to be more understandable.
