Jeff Bradford

A former journalist, Jeff has worked in public relations since 1985, serving as a senior executive of two public relations agencies before establishing the Bradford Group in Nashville in 2000. Focused primarily on B2B clients, the Bradford Group is ranked by O’Dwyer’s as #1 among Tennessee PR firms specializing in finance, #2 among Tennessee PR firms specializing in technology and the 6th fastest growing PR firm in the U.S. in the under $2 million revenue category. Jeff has been named one of Nashville’s Most Admired CEOs for the past five years and is among the youngest people ever inducted into Leadership Nashville.

Bradley C. Sagraves

Brad Sagraves is a shareholder at the law firm of Egerton, McAfee, Armistead & Davis, P.C., and practices mainly in areas that deal with tax issues. Brad generally advises businesses and individuals on forming businesses and advises clients on structural changes, buyouts, mergers, acquisitions, or tax-free reorganizations. Brad also represents clients before the Internal Revenue Service, Tennessee Department of Revenue, Tennessee Board of Equalization, and other tax authorities. As part of advising his clients in business and tax matters, Brad also provides estate planning and succession planning to ensure that the client’s assets pass according to the client’s wishes. As part of his estate practice, he regularly represents clients in probate and conservatorship matters.

Melissa Carrasco

Melissa Carrasco is a shareholder with the Knoxville firm of Egerton McAfee, whose practice focuses on employment and immigration law. Carrasco advises employers in all aspects of labor and employment issues and enjoys working with human resource professionals to address the variety of situations that arise on a daily basis—from hiring to firing, overtime to flex time, tattoos to PTO.  Melissa works with employers to develop and implement policies and practices that will help them stay out of litigation, but is well-versed in litigating claims before the EEOC, the NLRB, the DOL and federal and state courts.

Tracy G. Edmundson

Tracy Edmundson is a Shareholder at Egerton, McAfee, Armistead and Davis, P.C. and has been practicing law since 1991. His primary areas of practice have been in Intellectual Property, Business/Corporate Law and Transactions, Regulatory and Legal Compliance, International Business Formation and Transactions, general legal business counseling and generally any area of law of interest to the transaction of business in the U.S. or around the World. Tracy previously practiced with the law firms of Luedeka Neely Group (Knoxville) and Troutman Sanders (Atlanta) before serving in-house at DeRoyal Industries, Inc. for nearly 20 years in various legal and business positions and capacities, including Chief Legal Officer; he joined Egerton McAfee in 2015. Tracy has a B.A. in Physics from Rhodes College and J.D. and M.B.A. degrees from the University of Tennessee.

John L. Wood

John assists technology companies and companies using technology with outsourcing arrangements, licensing agreements, privacy issues, reseller agreements, entity formation, and various other matters. John also actively advises companies on trademark, trade secret, and copyright law.

Prior to attending law school, John worked for 14 years in the computer software industry. He worked for IBM before joining startup company NetIQ/Ganymede Software in Raleigh, where he held various programming and managerial positions. He and his family then moved to Calabasas, California, where John held a directorial position at Ixia, an IP performance testing corporation.
