Instructors
C. Michael Adams
Michael Adams, Jr., joined the firm in 2006. Mr. Adams has practiced law since 1998 in the areas of estate planning, business succession planning and probate administration. Mr. Adams has extensive experience in preparing federal and state estate, inheritance and gift tax returns.
Mr. Adams is a member of the Estate Planning Council of Memphis, the Tennessee Society of CPAs, the Society of Financial Service Professionals and the Small Business Chamber of Commerce.
Mr. Adams received his Bachelor of Science degree from Spring Hill College in Mobile, Alabama, in 1990. He received his CPA certificate in 1994 and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in 1997. In 1998 he received his Master of Laws (LL.M) in Estate Planning from the University of Miami.
Mr. Adams is a member of the Memphis Humane Society and a Past President of the Memphis Chapter of the Spring Hill College Alumni Association. He is a member of the Memphis and Tennessee Bar Associations and serves as an officer in the Wills and Trusts Section of the Memphis Bar Association.
