Brent A. McDade, ASA, CVA, MAFF
With more than 20 years of experience in the fields of business valuation and economic damages, Brent provides corporate valuation, litigation support and investment banking services to companies in a variety of industries. His experience includes valuation services related to buy-sell agreements, employee stock ownership plans, estate and gift tax matters, fairness opinions, financial statement reporting, marital dissolutions, mergers and acquisitions and shareholder disputes. Brent specializes in the appraisal of equity securities, debt instruments and derivatives. He also serves as an expert witness in disputes regarding business valuation and economic damages in state and federal courts.
Brent is a noted presenter and speaker on the subjects of business valuation and economic damages. His speaking credits include presentations before the Institute of Business Appraisers (IBA), the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA), and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). George M. Parrott, CPA, JD
George joined Cooper Travis in 2012. With over 40 years' experience, he is nationally recognized in the construction and real estate industries for financial reporting, tax, and consulting. George is a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Knoxville, with a B.S. in Business Administration, and the Nashville School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctorate. George is a licensed CPA and also holds the following designations: Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP), Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF), and is listed as a Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31 Mediator. In addition to the depth of his experience in the construction and real estate industries, George's practice also includes construction claims development; HUD cost certifications and HUD financial audits; overhead rate audits for Department of Transportation compliance; litigation support services; financial forensics including fraud engagements; business valuation services for estate and gift tax matters, buy-sell agreements and mergers and acquisitions. George is very active in the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) at both the national and local levels. He has served on the National Executive Committee and as Chair of the Tax and Legislative Affairs and Accounting and Reporting Committees. He is a current member of the Tax and Legislative Affairs Committee and the Education Steering Committee. Bryan Jepson, JD, LLM
Bryan Jepson counsels individuals, families and businesses with tax and estate planning needs. He assists clients with drafting a variety of estate planning documents, such as the creation of revocable and irrevocable trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and other related materials. In addition, Bryan represents family members, executors, trustees and companies serving in fiduciary roles related to the administration of estates and trusts. He works with individuals and their families to establish personalized charitable giving plans, life insurance options, and transfers of wealth related to estate planning matters.
Prior to joining Bass, Berry & Sims, Bryan served as an assistant tax director and tax counsel for a privately-held multi-national conglomerate. In this role he directed the tax planning capability for a large operating division, including the coordination of foreign tax positions and the modeling to analyze and establish a worldwide tax strategy. Prior to his work with the operating division, he was a tax attorney at the holding company level where he managed the U.S. federal, state, and local country tax planning analysis, legal execution, and cross-functional implementation of multibillion dollar business group acquisitions and realignments. For five years, Bryan was a tax attorney with Sprouse, Shrader & Smith P.C. in Amarillo, Texas. Matthew S. Barnes, JD, MBA, CPA
Matt is a supervisor with Kraft Analytics, LLC who specializes in fraud and forensic analysis, transaction advisory, litigation services, and business valuations. Before joining Kraft's team, Matt worked as an attorney practicing in mergers and acquisitions, tax, and contract law in the Nashville area.
Matt's forensic experience ranges from internal investigations of accounting and financial reporting irregularities to more intensive investigations of alleged fraud and other misconduct subject to litigation in both the civil and criminal arenas. Matt's forensic work includes Ponzi Schemes, financial statement manipulation, check kiting, asset misappropriation, infringement claims, fraudulent disbursements, and wire fraud.
Matt's valuation experience includes business valuations, equity interests, debt instruments, intellectual property (patents, trademarks, copyrights), and other intangible assets such as non-compete agreements, management agreements, and customer contracts. Matt's valuation work includes modeling complex equity structures, waterfall analysis, and Monte Carlo simulations.
Matt's transaction advisory experience includes valuations, fairness opinions, purchase price allocations, due diligence (buyer and seller side), and transaction structuring related to acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, divestitures, equity investments, lending transactions, and generational transfers.

Dr. Chris Kuehl is a Managing Director of Armada Corporate Intelligence. He provides forecasts and strategic guidance for a wide variety of corporate clients around the world. He is the chief economist for several national and international organizations – Fabricators and Manufacturers Association, National Association of Credit Management, Finance, Credit and International Business and the Business Information Industry Association. He is also the economic analyst for several state accounting societies – Missouri, Kentucky, Tennessee and Kansas.
Prior to starting Armada in 1999 he was a professor of economics and finance for 15 years – teaching in the US, Hungary, Russia, Estonia, Singapore and Taiwan. He holds advanced degrees in economics, Soviet studies and East Asian studies.

Rhonda W. Sides, CPA/ABV/CFF, CVA, CGMA
Rhonda is the Principal for Forensic/Valuation and Litigation Support Services, Healthcare Services, for Crosslin. She has over 25 years of experience in business management, business valuation, litigation support, management consulting and health care consulting. Rhonda's experience in business valuations includes valuations for business transactions, tax reporting, economic damages, and litigation support cases for closely-held and publicly traded companies. Her forensic accounting experience includes engagements for purposes of alleged embezzlement, misappropriation of assets, financial feasibility, divorce and shareholder dissolution matters, and bankruptcy. Forensic engagement customers are in the banking, manufacturing, laboratory, real estate, healthcare, professional service and private equity business sectors.
She lectures nationally for various financial, legal, and healthcare organizations regarding the issues of combining the practicality of accounting and financial issues with the needs of healthcare practice management. Rhonda has been named as one of Middle Tennessee's top healthcare executives for three years in Nashville Business Journal's Healthcare 100 for 2002, 2003, and 2006 and also recognized for BizWomen profile in 2005 and Healthcare Hero in 2007 and 2015. She was named one of the 10 "Women to Watch in Healthcare" for 2011 by the Nashville Medical News as well as InCharge in Healthcare 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2018 by the same publication. Additionally, Rhonda was named one of "Accounting's Finest" by the Nashville Post for 2011 and 2012, and a 2013 and 2016 Power Leader in Accounting by the Nashville Business Journal.
Rhonda was an adjunct MBA professor for three years at The Massey School of Belmont University of Nashville. She served as past president of Middle Tennessee Healthcare Executives Association, is an associate of the American Society of Appraisers, and a member of Healthcare Financial Management Association. She serves on the Healthcare Committee and Forensic Valuation Committee for the Tennessee Society of CPAs.
Rhonda also co-authored three books, Valuation of a Medical Practice (April 1999), Accounting Handbook for Medical Practices (April 2000), both published by John Wiley and Sons, and Financial Management for Medical Groups, 3rd Edition (October 2013) published by the Medical Group Management Association. Shannon specializes in the areas of forensic accounting, business valuation, and litigation consulting services. She provides consulting expert and expert witness services in marital dissolution (divorce) and commercial litigation matters. Her business valuation experience encompasses a broad range of companies and industries, and has been used in litigation, merger and acquisition transactions, healthcare regulatory settings, financial statement preparation, succession and estate planning, gift tax returns, and shareholder buy-in/buy-out transactions.

Robert Vance, CPA, ABV, CFF, CVA, CFP
Robert Vance is a forensic CPA and forensic economist concentrating his practice on business valuation, divorce litigation support, commercial lost profits and personal injury economic damage calculations, forensic investigations and expert witness testimony. Robert is the principal of Forensic & Valuation Services, PLC in Memphis, Tennessee.
Robert received a BS in Accounting from the University of Tennessee in 1985 and has earned the credentials of Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV), Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF), Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and Certified Financial Planner (CFP). Robert has been appointed as a Special Master 5 times and qualified as an expert and testified in 138 trials and hearings, 25 before a jury, in 52 different courts.
Robert is a member of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA), National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA) and National Association of Forensic Economics (NAFE), is a Past-President of the Memphis Chapter of the Tennessee Society of CPAs (TSCPA) and is the chairman of the Forensic & Valuation Services Task Force of the TSCPA. Samuel P. Funk
Sam is a founding partner of Sims|Funk, PLC, a boutique litigation firm representing clients in complex business disputes across Tennessee and the United States. Sam's practice involves a wide range of commercial disputes in state and federal courts, before administrative agencies and in all forms of alternative dispute resolution. For almost 25 years, he has represented individuals and businesses in a variety of matters involving complex business disputes, healthcare, breach of contract, business torts, non-competition and theft of trade secrets, securities/financial services claims, shareholder and other corporate governance disputes, insurance coverage, and estate/trust matters.

Michael E. Collins, CPA, ABV, CFF
Mike is managing member and founder of Expert of Counsel, PLLC (EOC). He brings real-world experience together with extensive professional and other specialized education and training.
EOC is an advisory firm providing expert services in three principal areas: alternative business dispute resolution and litigation support; strategic guidance to corporate boards (including board representation), special committees, and senior management; and challenges arising from geopolitical and national security issues.
EOC provides services directly and as needed, in collaboration with professionals of KraftCPAs PLLC and its affiliated companies. One of the largest CPA firms in Tennessee, KraftCPAs and its affiliates have vast, specialized resources in tax, accounting, business valuation, technology, cybersecurity, and merchant banking.
Mike began his professional career in 1972 with Price Waterhouse (Coopers). He later entered the venture capital and merchant banking industry with Nashville Tennessee-based Nelson Capital Corporation.
In 1993, in conjunction with KraftCPAs, Mike cofounded 2nd Generation Capital, LLC (2ndG) where he served as CEO until his retirement in 2015. 2ndG is a merchant and investment banking firm (FINRA and SIPC licensed broker-dealer).
An active investor, Mike has been engaged in the merchant and investment banking and venture capital industries as a principal and senior executive for much of his business career. He has served on numerous corporate boards and chaired executive, compensation, audit, investment, and other key committees. Mike is a board adviser (strategic and executive committees) to Southwestern Great American, Inc. and, until its November 2021 sale, Southwestern Investment Advisory Services, Inc, (d/b/a Southwestern Investment Group (SWIG)). SWIG has in excess of $5 Billion in assets under management.
Based on his experience, Mike developed unique insights into a wide array of businesses and industries. His principal areas of interest include healthcare services, medical device and pharmaceutical intellectual property, and defense industries. Joel K. Freund, CPA, CFE, CVA
Joel serves as director of Crosslin's Forensic, Valuation and Litigation Support Services. He is certified public accountant and certified fraud examiner with more than 26 years of experience in the public, private, and government sectors. With a master's degree in taxation, Joel's work experience has been concentrated on taxes, financial statement analysis, auditing, and fraud.
Before joining Crosslin, Joel worked as a Special Agent in the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) for 15 years working on investigations involving complex financial crimes, drugs, gangs, and violent crimes. He is vastly experienced in testifying at federal crime trials as a subject matter expert and as a federal law enforcement officer. He is a seasoned leader who has a strong passion for mentoring and developing employees.
Prior to the FBI, Joel worked with private accounting firms and other large service organizations as a financial and tax professional. Josh Hedrick is a member (owner) in Kraft Analytics, LLC, an affiliate of KraftCPAs that focuses on valuation, forensic, and transaction advisory services. Before joining Kraft Analytics in 2009, he worked with a large CPA firm in North Carolina in its business valuation and litigation support practice. He began his professional career in the financial institutions industry.

Kevin R. Yeanoplos, CPA/ABV, ASA
Kevin Yeanoplos, CPA/ABV, ASA is a Shareholder and the Director of Valuation Services for Brueggeman and Johnson Yeanoplos, P.C., a firm with offices in Seattle and Tucson that specializes in the areas of business and intellectual property valuation, financial analysis and litigation support. Kevin is also one of the founders of YS Advisory Services, utilizing his extensive experience over the last four decades in advising professional service providers and their clients on strategic planning and management issues. He is an Adjunct Professor for the University of Denver's Daniels School of Business where he teaches graduate level courses in advanced business valuation.
For close to 40 years, Kevin has assisted clients around the country with the valuation of a diverse array of intangibles including patents, trademarks and song catalogs to name a few, whether it be for divorce or other litigation, financial reporting, gift and estate taxes, mergers and acquisitions or ESOP's, among others. The diversity extends to Kevin's extensive business valuation experience, with a partial client roster that includes healthcare companies, high tech companies, aircraft parts manufacturers, biomedical companies, construction companies, professional practices and automobile dealerships. As both an expert witness and court appointed neutral in state and Federal courts across the country, Kevin has assisted triers of fact in understanding a variety of complex valuation, financial analysis and damages issues.
A popular and experienced presenter, Kevin frequently lectures throughout the United States on the topics of valuation, applied finance and financial analysis, including presentations to the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants ("AICPA"), the American Society of Appraisers ("ASA"), the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, the State Bars of Arizona, Colorado and Utah, and many other professional organizations. He has been a faculty member for the AICPA's National Business Valuation School for close to 25 years and is currently on the faculty of the ABA Family Law Trial Advocacy Institute.
An accomplished author, Kevin has contributed to Valuing Professional Practices & Licenses, Forensic Accounting in Matrimonial Divorce, Financial Valuation: Application and Models, Guide to Personal v. Enterprise Goodwill, and Reasonable Compensation: Application and Analysis for Appraisal, Tax and Management Purposes, among many others. He recently co-authored the Financial Expert Guide for Family Law Judges and Attorneys. He is currently lending his editorial skills to the Business Valuation Review as a member of its editorial board.
Throughout his professional career, Kevin has volunteered his time and talents to give back to the public and his profession, including prior service as a Commissioner on the AICPA's National Accreditation Commission, Chair of the AICPA's ABV Credential Committee, Board Member of the Arizona Society of CPAs and Chair of the Arizona Board of Appraisal among others. He is a former member of the AICPA's Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) Examination Task Force, which is responsible for developing the exam that must be passed by those that hope to earn the ABV credential. He is currently serving as a member of the Arizona State Board of Accountancy's Certification Advisory Committee, as a Commissioner on the Arizona Commission on Judicial Performance Review, appointed by the Arizona Supreme Court, and as a member of the Utah Association of CPAs Leadership Council.
The AICPA honored Kevin's contributions by naming him their 2006 Business Valuation Volunteer of the Year and inducting him into the AICPA Business Valuation Hall of Fame in 2010, recognizing fewer than 30 individuals whose lifetime achievements and contributions have significantly advanced the valuation discipline and have enhanced the valuation profession for CPAs. In 2018, The Expert Resource Connection named Kevin as the recipient of The Thomas Burrage Award for Compassion, Collegiality & Character. In 2022, the ASCPA recognized Kevin's valuable lifetime service to the CPA profession by honoring him as a Life Member.
The 1983 Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of Utah (BS) and 2021 graduate of the University of Denver (MBA) is a Certified Public Accountant Accredited in Business Valuation ("CPA/ABV") and was in the charter class of those earning the ABV credential. In addition, he is an Accredited Senior Appraiser in the Business Valuation discipline for the American Society of Appraisers.
When he's not chasing down the value of the invaluable, you can find Kevin running around the country on a 200-mile Ragnar Relay, raising money for a children's hospital as part of the Distinguished Clown Brigade, plying his acting skills as an extra in a horror movie, using his business acumen as a board member for a local theatre or radio station, volunteering for the Special Olympics, educating the public about the wonders of nature as the President of the Tucson Orchid Society, advocating for royalty reform as a member of the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences or interviewing the likes of Roger Daltrey, John Oates and Brian Wilson as a Beat Writer for AXS Entertainment and the webzine that he recently founded, Trebled Minds. Harold G. Martin, CPA/ABV/CFF, ASA, CFE
Harold G. Martin, Jr. is the Partner-in-Charge of Valuation and Forensic Services for Keiter, a certified public accounting firm located in Richmond, Virginia. He is a member of the Firm's Executive Committee. He has over 40 years of experience in valuation, forensic and public accounting, and financial services. He has performed over 1,600 valuation and forensic projects in over 220 industries. He has qualified as an expert witness before U.S. District Court, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, and 19 circuit courts in four states, as well as the American Arbitration Association and National Association of Securities Dealers. He has been named as an expert in disputes subject to the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. He has been appointed by U.S. District Court as a forensic accountant on cases in which he collaborated with the SEC and the FBI. He has been appointed by the U.S. Office of the Federal Public Defender as a consultant on fraud cases. He has also been retained by the U.S. Department of Justice as a consultant in a litigation in U.S. District Court. He has presented testimony at trial, arbitration, and deposition over 80 times. He has been appointed by various circuit courts as a neutral forensic accountant and appraiser.
He is an adjunct faculty member of The College of William and Mary Raymond A. Mason School of Business. He has taught forensic accounting in the Master of Accounting program for 16 years, and he has also served as a guest lecturer for the M.B.A program and the Marshall-Wythe School of Law. He has also served as a guest instructor at the FBI Academy for forensic accountants in Quantico, Virginia.
Prior to joining Keiter, he was affiliated for 13 years with two of the "Big Eight" international accounting firms, serving as a Director responsible for managing the Financial Advisory Services practice for Coopers & Lybrand's Richmond, Virginia office and as a Senior Manager in Management Consulting Services for Price Waterhouse. He also served as a Direct Loan Officer in retail banking at First & Merchants National Bank.
He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants Business Valuation Hall of Fame and is a two-time recipient of the AICPA Business Valuation Volunteer of the Year Award. He serves as an instructor for the AICPA Business Valuation School and is a former instructor for the AICPA ABV Exam Review Course and AICPA Expert Witness Skills Workshop. He is a former member of the AICPA Business Harold G. Martin, Jr. is the Partner-in-Charge of Valuation and Forensic Services for Keiter, a certified public accounting firm located in Richmond, Virginia. He is a former member of the Firm's Executive Committee. He has over 40 years of experience in valuation, forensic and public accounting, and financial services. He has performed over 1,800 valuation and forensic projects in over 220 industries. He has qualified as an expert witness before U.S. District Court, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, and 21 circuit courts in five states, as well as the American Arbitration Association and National Association of Securities Dealers. He has been named as an expert in disputes subject to the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. He has been appointed by U.S. District Court as a forensic accountant on cases in which he collaborated with the SEC and the FBI. He has been appointed by the U.S. Office of the Federal Public Defender as a consultant on fraud cases. He has also been retained by the U.S. Department of Justice as a consultant in a litigation in U.S. District Court. He has presented testimony at trial, arbitration, and deposition over 90 times. He has been appointed by various circuit courts as a neutral forensic accountant and appraiser.
He is an adjunct faculty member of The College of William and Mary Raymond A. Mason School of Business. He has taught forensic accounting in the Master of Accounting program for 17 years, and he has also served as a guest lecturer for the M.B.A program and the Marshall-Wythe School of Law. He has also served as a guest instructor at the FBI Academy for forensic accountants in Quantico, Virginia, as well as the National Judicial College.
Prior to joining Keiter, he was affiliated for 13 years with two of the "Big Eight" international accounting firms, serving as a Director responsible for managing the Financial Advisory Services practice for Coopers & Lybrand's Richmond, Virginia office and as a Senior Manager in Management Consulting Services for Price Waterhouse. He also served as a Direct Loan Officer in retail banking at First & Merchants National Bank.

He was selected as a "Super CPA" in peer surveys conducted by Virginia Business.
He is a co-author of Financial Valuation: Applications and Models, 1st-4th ed., a contributing author to Cost of Capital: Estimation and Applications, 2nd-4th ed., a member of the VSCPA Editorial Task Force for Disclosures, an Editorial Board member for Business Valuation Update, and a former expert panelist for Financial Valuation and Litigation Expert. He has been interviewed by The Wall Street Journal, as well as numerous other publications.
He received his A.B. degree from The College of William and Mary and his M.B.A. degree from Virginia Commonwealth University where he was a member of Beta Alpha Psi (National Accounting Honorary). He is licensed in Virginia as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Michael J. Pascal, JD, CVA
Mike Pascal has been employed at Forensic & Valuation Services, PLLC for the past three years. Forensic & Valuation Services, PLLC is a consulting firm practicing financial forensics and business analytics in Memphis, Nashville and throughout the state and region. Mike specializes in business valuation, financial forensic analytics in economic damage and lost profits claims of businesses due to breach of contract and torts including intellectual property and trade secret infringement and misappropriation. Mike has been qualified multiple times as a financial expert witness in Shelby County, TN.
Mike earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Accounting in 1980 and the JD, Juris Doctorate in 1982 from the University of Memphis. Before joining FVS, Mike worked his entire 30 + year career as a Chief Financial Officer and In -House Counsel in real estate, hotel and construction companies in the Mid-South including the public company, RFS Hotel Investors, Inc. As CFO, he has led the accounting, finance, banking, risk management, human resource and legal functions for a number of companies in which he was employed. In 1993 he was an integral part of establishing the first hotel Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) since the 1960's. Mike participated in the REIT IPO and additional follow on offerings totaling over $350,000,000. As CFO, he took the lead on several bond issues totaling over $300,000,000 and successfully restructured loan agreements with a variety of lenders. He has been involved in the acquisition of over 100 commercial properties including hotels, office buildings and shopping centers throughout the United States and participated in the process from due diligence, contracting, purchase and closing. In addition, Mike has worked in an advisory role with a number of companies to assist them with loan workouts, refinancing and repositioning for sale.

Kurt A. Myers, CPA/ABV, ASA, CBA, CVA
Kurt Myers concentrates his practice on business valuation services. In addition to being a CPA, he also holds the designation of Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). He also holds the designation of Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) with the American Society of Appraisers, Certified Business Appraiser (CBA) with the Institute of Business Appraisers, Inc. and Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) with the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. Jim Hitchner is managing director of Financial Valuation Advisors www.finvaluation.com and is president of The Financial Consulting Group www.gofcg.org. He is also CEO of Valuation Products and Services (VPS) www.valuationproducts.com.
Mr. Hitchner is editor/coauthor of the books the Hitchner Pratt Fishman Consensus View Q&A Guide to Financial Valuation and the VPS DLOM Guide and Toolkit, published by VPS. He is also editor/coauthor of Financial Valuation Applications and Models (FVAM), fourth edition; Financial Valuation Workbook (FVW), fourth edition; and Valuation for Financial Reporting: Fair Value, Business Combinations, Intangible Assets, Goodwill, and Impairment Analysis, third edition, all published by Wiley. Mr. Hitchner was also coauthor of PPC's Guide to Business Valuation, 18th through 31st editions, Thomson Reuters. FVAM and FVW have been adopted by the AICPA for its five-day Business Valuation School. These two books are also used by the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts ("NACVA") for its three-day Advanced Business Valuation course. NACVA also uses the Discount for Lack of Marketability Guide and Toolkit as part of this course.
He has spent over 42 years in valuation services, including as a shareholder with Phillips Hitchner Group, partner-in-charge of valuation services for the Southern Region of Coopers & Lybrand (currently PricewaterhouseCoopers), and senior appraiser with American Appraisal Associates. In the valuation area he has coauthored over 20 courses, taught over 60 courses, published over 150 articles, and has made over 400 conference and webinar presentations.
He is also an inductee in the AICPA Business Valuation Hall of Fame and a two-time recipient of the AICPA's Business Valuation Volunteer of the Year award. Van T. Elkins, CPA/ABV/CFF, CVA
Van Elkins graduated from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a major in Accounting. He became a Certified Public Accountant in February 1972. Building on his expertise, he became a Certified Valuation Analyst in July 2006 by the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. Van was Accredited in Business Valuation in August 2006 and became Certified in Financial Forensics in October 2008, both by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Upon graduating from the University of Tennessee, Van was employed by an international auditing firm in their Chattanooga office. Two years later he moved back to Knoxville to do accounting, auditing, and tax work for a local Certified Public Accounting Firm. In September 1973 Van started his own firm which he still manages today, providing consulting, accounting, auditing, tax, and litigation support services. He has attended various seminars and update courses each year since 1972 to hone his skills in these areas. Since 1990, he has attended a minimum of eighty (80) hours of continuing professional education every two years.
Van has testified as an expert witness in Federal District Court, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, State Chancery Court, and State Circuit Court. He has been involved either as an expert witness or a consultant in a variety of different cases.Back to Speakers
