Speakers

Martha Weeks

Martha Weeks is a coach and lecturer at the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. She spent more than fifteen years coaching MBA and executive education students at Stanford Business School. She has worked with clients on TEDx talks and hundreds of business, technical, and medical presentations as a speechwriter and coach.

Since 1993, Martha has provided services to Fortune 100 organizations, including Google, Microsoft, Volkswagen America, and Zynga, as well as numerous start-up companies. She leads workshops and coaches executives, physicians, engineers, and other business professionals to create and deliver persuasive presentations for conferences, investors, and internal audiences.

Martha earned an MBA from the University of California-Berkeley and a BA in mathematics from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville. She serves on the board of the University of Tennessee's College of Nursing.

Janna Landry

Janna Landry Is known for her sought after ability as a communication and vocal coach. She works with high level leaders in finance, law, and hospitality as well as public figures and entertainers. Why is she sought after? Janna offers a unique blend of executive acumen and proven skills as a professional entertainer to uncover and define the authentic strength and individuality of each of her clients. She uncovers their "Sizzle".

Janna has been an aggressive and enthusiastic front-line business development leader and has assisted hundreds of individuals and businesses large and small in communication clarity, brand development and revenue growth for elevated positioning in the marketplace. She believes in mentoring to produce high achievers and strong communicators and delivers results by teaching her cutting-edge techniques for success in a competitive business climate.

Artistically speaking, Janna is an accomplished vocalist, professional actor, keynote speaker and author. She holds a Bachelor of Music Degree in Vocal Performance and has studied the voice extensively. Throughout her career in the entertainment industry she has a long list of production credits in theatre, television, and the music industry both recorded and live. She holds memberships in SAG, AFTRA, and AEA performing unions. She has taught private voice for over 25 years. Janna recently published her book, "Dazzle Your Listener" on the art of communication.

MJ Klimas

MJ Klimas is a proven business leader with success in motivating and challenging organizations to achieve outstanding levels of innovation, sales, and profitability. Today as Principal of PresencePlus Consulting, MJ's executive leadership experience combined with her enthusiasm for presenting and mentoring, uniquely qualify her to counsel individuals through career advancement.

She brings talent, experience, and life lessons to offer clients valuable insights on the power of Executive Presence, the important choice to Seize Power and the impact of Bold and Muscular Presentation and Meeting Skills. MJ's clients leverage techniques and tools to confidently navigate career advancement - both internally or while interviewing for external opportunities.

MJ is a highly regarded Keynote Speaker on the Power of Confidence and Executive Presence augmenting an accomplished career speaking on financing in the sectors of Healthcare and Higher Education. MJ passionately embraces her Italian heritage attending classes and traveling to study the language and culture of Italy. MJ is a member of the Center for Women's Entrepreneurship. She is also actively engaged with the United Way of Southwestern Pennsylvania's Women's Leadership Council as a committee leader and volunteer: she brings time, talent, and resources to those in need. MJ earned a BA in Marketing from Michigan State University.

Rosa Castano

Rosa Castano has had a 15 plus yrs corporate career, in all types of settings from small businesses, freshly minted startups, and large, diverse non-profit corporations. She has worked both in the domestic & international sectors. Like many others, she was forced to pivot to a new path after the COVID-19 global pandemic put a halt to her career. The shift allowed her to take the time to re-evaluate her career aspirations.

As a certified Meditation, Mindfulness, and Movement leader, she decided to combine her passion for Well-Being and experience in the Corporate world to create Stress Management Workshops and talks. Her unique understanding of the stressors and joys of the workplace makes her an ideal expert for working with companies to help implement strategies and lead workshops to help create resilience and emotional well-being in the workplace.
