Gregory O. Davis, CFP
Greg Davis, CPA, CFP is Chief Executive Officer and Wealth Advisor at RBG Wealth Advisors in Memphis, TN. Greg focuses on helping families plan for life beyond their profession. Together with his team, he helps clients address their five biggest concerns: preserving their wealth, mitigating taxes, taking care of their heirs, protecting their assets, and charitable giving.
Greg co-founded RBG Wealth Advisors in 2022 through a strategic partnership with RBG PLC, an accounting firm with a reputation for providing exceptional professional services for over 100 years.

Greg Davis is a graduate of Christian Brothers University where he earned his undergraduate degree in Business Administration, concentrating in Finance and accounting. He has obtained both the CPA (Certified Public Accountant) and CFP (Certified Financial Planner) designations. An active member of the professional community, Greg is currently affiliated with the Tennessee Society of CPAs (TSCPA), American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and the Financial Planning Association (FPA). He is currently a board member on the TSCPA State Board. He previously served as President of the Memphis Chapter of the TSCPA, a member of FPA of Greater Memphis board and has served as a mentor in several mentorship programs including Nexus Leaders. Greg enjoys spending time at the lake and listening to live music with his wife Carrie and daughter Ellie Kate.

Tim helped found RBG Wealth Advisors LLC in 2022 where he proudly serves as a Wealth Advisor and Chief Investment Officer.
In his capacity as a wealth advisor, Tim provides financial advisory services for individuals and families in a variety of areas including investment management, cash flow and goals-based financial planning, retirement, tax planning, and estate planning. He also provides investment management and advisory services for institutional clients such as nonprofits, foundations, and businesses. And as Chief Investment Officer, Tim serves as chair of the firm’s investment committee, leading portfolio construction and allocation.
First and foremost, Tim strives to be a trusted advisor and dedicated professional in a service-focused business. He sees it as his duty to be positive with clients, consider their goals and issues thoughtfully, and treats them how he would want to be treated in the same circumstances.
Tim actively serves in professional service organizations. He recently served as Vice President of Programs and Director for the Memphis Chapter of the Tennessee Society of CPAs and President and Director for the Financial Planning Association of Greater Memphis. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
Originally from the Mississippi Delta, Tim has made the Memphis area home since he started his career. He loves the city for its resources, history, and culture, as well as for its small-town feel. Tim and his wife, Mary Agnes, are the parents of four wonderful children, Wilkes, Edie, Mary Wright, and Oliver, as well as a Goldendoodle, Penny.

Matt Johnson is a Partner at Seacap Advisors. Matt came to Seacap after serving as Chief Financial Officer for a regional healthcare firm. Prior to his CFO role, Matt worked in banking, performing transaction analysis on acquisition prospects, and working with clients to help them achieve their strategic objectives. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Christian Brothers University and a Master of Accountancy from the University of Mississippi. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Tennessee and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Additionally, he is Accredited in Business Valuation by the AICPA.
