Description

This course is based on the case study of a successful lawyer who had her own title company during the boom real estate market prior to 2008.  The course demonstrates who the rules and law were broken as the market was at its height and then started to fail.  We will present practices that resulted in criminal charges in a large real estate scheme in south Florida.
