Ben is an IT Security Professional with more than 25 years of experience in the areas of network administration & engineering, enterprise project management, and IT security & compliance management. He currently serves as the General Manager of Burk IT Consulting, a highly reputable, security centric Managed IT Services firm based in Kingsport, Tennessee.
Mr. Lawson is an ISC2 Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), a member of the SANS GIAC Advisory Board, and a former PMI Project Management Professional. He also holds or has held numerous industry certifications from vendors including Fortinet, Microsoft, Cisco, VMWare, Datto, FBI, and CompTIA.
