This session goes beyond inspiration - it's interactive, intentional, and designed to spark real connection. Through guided discussion, reflection, and actionable takeaways, attendees will leave this session with:

  • A renewed confidence in their unique strengths
  • Clarity around the support they need - and how to ask for it without hesitation
  • Fresh connections with their peers who believe in collaboration over competition
  • Practical strategies for leveraging referrals, mentorship, and community to grow their impact
  • A mindset shift from scarcity to abundance - recognizing that when one of us wins, we all rise

This experience is designed to break down barriers, lift each other up, and prove once and for all: there is power in numbers - and in choosing a mindset of abundance.

You're a pro with numbers - but when's the last time you focused on your own financial future? This session is your invitation to pause, refocus, and power up your personal wealth strategy.  We'll talk candidly (and yes, we'll have some fun), moving beyond the spreadsheets to talk about real money strategies; building wealth with intention, navigating financial transitions with confidence, and investing in ways that reflect both your values and your goals - not just your job title.  We promise it's a no fluff, no jargon, no judgment session, instead you'll leave with clarity, confidence and an actionable plan to build wealth on YOUR terms.

1:00pm - 2:15pm (Central Time)

Today's professional woman is expected to lead with strength, collaborate with grace, meet deadlines, manage households, volunteer, and somehow "make time" for self-care.  This session is not about doing it all - it's about doing what matters and doing it well.

In today's multigenerational workforce, women are navigating evolving expectations about how we lead, communicate, and show up at work. Our experiences, shaped by the era we entered the profession, influence how we define success, how we present ourselves, and what it means to feel seen, heard, and valued. This session explores those generational dynamics through the lens of identity, culture, and connection. Rather than offering definitions or prescriptions, we'll use stories and lived experiences to reflect on how the workplace has changed for women, what still hasn't, and how our individual journeys shape what belonging looks and feels like.

Instead of focusing on generational differences as challenges to overcome, we will consider them as context for understanding the diverse ways women experience professional life. This session invites participants to notice their own assumptions, become more curious about others' experiences, and consider how generational patterns may influence workplace expectations, interactions, and culture. Through reflection and perspective-taking, we'll open space for deeper awareness and more meaningful connection.
