Joshua Hedrick is a member in Kraft Analytics, LLC, an affiliate of KraftCPAs, PLLC that focuses on valuation, forensics, and transaction advisory services. For nearly two decades, Josh has advised business owners, executives, investors, and attorneys on issues related to valuation, cash flow management, compensation systems, financial strategy, and economic damages. In this role, he collaborates closely with the firm's Chief Economist and other program members to analyze key trends and dynamics influencing middle market businesses.
Michael specializes in enhancing operational and financial performance for clients across the healthcare sector. With a comprehensive understanding of the industry's complexities and constraints, he delivers tailored solutions that address client challenges effectively. Joe Dolan joined Covenant Health as executive vice president and chief financial officer in 2023. Dolan is responsible for overseeing the financial operations and strategic financial planning for the health system.
With more than 17 years of experience in healthcare and finance, he joins Covenant Health from Atrium Health (newly named Advocate Health) in Charlotte, N.C., where he served as senior vice president and enterprise controller of one of the nation's largest health systems. Under his leadership, he was essential to the integration, growth, and development of the corporate accounting and finance teams. He played an important part in the development of the enterprise shared service strategy and was responsible for leading several key strategic finance and technology transformations.
Prior to Atrium, Dolan held various finance leadership roles at Wake Forest Baptist and Duke University Health System. In previous roles, he has served as a board member for CHESS LLC Finance; Wake AirCare, LLC; Wake Forest Emergency Providers, and Wake Forest Baptist Outpatient Imaging. He began his career in public accounting with Grant Thornton LLP and is a licensed Certified Professional Accountant (CPA). He received a bachelor's degree in business administration and a master's degree in accounting from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
He has received multiple recognitions from Becker's Hospital Review as a "Chief Financial Officer to Know."

Ash is a highly experienced healthcare professional at the cutting edge of information technology (IT) advances in the sector. In a career spanning over 25 years, Ash has worked for some of the world's leading IT and consulting firms, using technology to drive improvements such as telemedicine, e-commerce, membership systems, customer service and healthcare management.
As Senior Executive Director Healthcare for Americas with Cisco, he was responsible for payers, providers and life sciences accounts including the Mayo Clinic, WellPoint, Cigna, Wellcare, Medtronic and Kaiser. He led the development and deployment of telemedicine solutions with key clients and government agencies.
Prior to this, Ash was Vice President Health Solutions for Wellpoint, supporting over 32 million members (one in 10 Americans) in enterprise applications. He also held senior positions with KGT Global Technologies, IBM and Accenture, leading executive teams in the U.S. and around the world through major change programs in hospitals, medical service providers, physician group practices and managed care organizations.
Ash's breadth of experience is typified by his first two roles: first as owner of his own consulting and medical management business, and then with The University of Cincinnati Medical Center in the U.S., where he managed a $250 million annual budget for several departments including Radiology, Nuclear Medicine, Lab Medicine, Managed Care, Cancer and Pharmacy.

Adam Middleton has committed his entire professional career to healthcare. Adam works as a business consultant for hospitals, physician groups and healthcare related entities. Since 2008, Adam has consulted with physician practices, post-acute providers and hospitals with particular focus on physician compensation, fair market value, management, operations, finance and strategic planning. Among other projects, his key consultancy roles included the merger of two hospital managed service organizations, the start-up of physician practices, and the negotiation of numerous physician-hospital acquisitions. He also leads strategic planning for physician groups and hospital service lines.
He founded Healthcare Advisory Network in 2011 and joined The Viability Company as a Principal in 2012 to specialize in profitable growth strategies for hospitals, physicians and healthcare companies. HAN affiliates with subject matter experts and numerous organizations to assist clients find the best solutions for issues.
Prior to consulting, Adam was an executive at two major healthcare organizations in the greater Dayton area; Dayton Heart Hospital (physician owned jointly with MedCath) and Premier Health Partners.
As a lifelong Ohioan, Adam has been actively engaged in serving his community where he lives and raises his family. He has served on the boards of directors of The Far Hills Surgical Center, The Dialysis Centers of Dayton and as board chair of Life Essentials and South Community Behavioral Health.

Dr. Clay Runnels is a board-certified emergency medicine physician and nationally recognized healthcare executive with over two decades of clinical and administrative leadership experience. As Executive Vice President and Chief Physician Executive at Ballad Health, Dr. Runnels oversees system level quality, telehealth, hospital-based practices, research, academic programs, and a multi-specialty medical group of more than nine hundred providers across Northeast Tennessee and Southwest Virginia.
Known for his transformational leadership, Dr. Runnels has led major healthcare consolidations, pioneered telemedicine strategies, and generated multimillion-dollar operational savings through innovative contract negotiations and system-wide quality initiatives. His prior roles include Vice President, Service Line Development and CMO across multiple hospitals, where he championed LEAN methodologies, peer review reform, and infection control measures that significantly improved patient outcomes.

Jason Lay is the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for the McNabb Center located in Knoxville, Tennessee. The McNabb Center is the region's leading nonprofit provider of mental health, substance use, social, and victim services.
In the Center's 74-year history, Jason is the first person to hold the CFO position. He is a Licensed CPA in the State of Tennessee, and his career specializes in Governmental and Nonprofit Accounting. Jason is an active volunteer in both professional and community areas where he currently participates on the TSCPA Health Care Conference Planning Committee, the TSCPA Governmental & Not-For-Profit Conference Planning Committee and serves as the Treasurer of the Tennessee Association of Mental Health Organizations.

Joey Peay is Chief Executive Officer of Murfreesboro Medical Clinic, a position which he has held since 2003. Prior to 2003, he served as the Clinic's Chief Financial Officer for more than four years.
Joey graduated with honors from Middle Tennessee State University with a bachelor's degree in Accounting. He passed the Uniform CPA Exam in 1988. He spent the first ten years of his career with KPMG, an international public accounting finn, leaving in 1998 as a Senior Manager.
Joey is a member of the Jones College of Business Dean's Advisory Council, the MTSU Accounting Advisory Board, the Endowment Committee of Special Kids, and the Murfreesboro Advisory Board for Alive Hospice. He is an Elder and Clerk of Session at Cripple Creek Presbyterian Church. Joey is also a graduate of the Leadership Rutherford Program, a member of the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants, a member of the Medical Group Management Association, and a Ce11ified Medical Practice Executive by the American College of Medical Practice Executives. Previously, Joey has served in leadership roles for the Kittrell Volunteer Fire Depaitment, American Heai1 Association, March of Dimes, and the Heart of Tennessee Chapter of the American Red Cross. In 2014, Joey was recognized by the Rutherford County Chainber of Commerce as its Businessperson of the Year.

Dr. Chris Kuehl is a Managing Director of Armada Corporate Intelligence. He provides forecasts and strategic guidance for a wide variety of corporate clients around the world. He is the chief economist for several national and international organizations, Fabricators and Manufacturers Association, National Association of Credit Management, Finance, Credit and International Business and the Business Information Industry Association. He is also the economic analyst for several state accounting societies – Missouri, Kentucky, Tennessee and Kansas.
Prior to starting Armada in 1999 he was a professor of economics and finance for 15 years – teaching in the US, Hungary, Russia, Estonia, Singapore and Taiwan. He holds advanced degrees in economics, Soviet studies and East Asian studies.

Inducted into the Accounting Hall of Fame in 2011, Randy is listed as a Top 25 Thought Leader in Accounting from 2011-2023. His influence throughout the accounting profession is highlighted once again this year by being a recipient of the 2022 Accounting Today Top 100 Most Influential People in Accounting award for the eighteenth consecutive year. Among his many other awards, he holds the honor of being one of nine technology stars in the U.S. by Accounting Technology Magazine.
In addition, Randy writes a monthly column and produces a weekly podcast for The CPA Practice Advisor, features for the Journal of Accountancy, creates articles for accounting and technology publications, and is the author of numerous books. He has started and owns multiple businesses, including K2 Enterprises in Hammond, Louisiana, and Network Management Group, Inc. in Hutchinson, Kansas. NMGI has supported CPA firms for 30+ years and is the largest managed service provider serving the CPA profession in North America. His wife and four children enjoy many experiences together, including theatre, music, travel, golf, skiing, snorkeling, and model trains.
