Adam Slack

Adam Slack is the founder and president of Two Roads, a modern bookkeeping and CFO services firm based in Knoxville, Tennessee. Established in 2011, Two Roads has grown to serve over 350 clients nationwide, offering cloud-based back-office solutions that help businesses thrive.

Adam's journey into the financial services industry began in the aftermath of the 2008 economic downturn. Initially offering his expertise as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to various businesses, he quickly recognized a common challenge: many entrepreneurs lacked a clear understanding of their daily financial standings. This insight led him to pivot towards providing comprehensive back-office solutions, laying the foundation for Two Roads.

Beyond his role at Two Roads, Adam co-founded Uncat, a software solution designed to streamline the process of managing uncategorized expenses. Frustrated with traditional methods involving spreadsheets, Adam envisioned Uncat as a tool to enhance communication between accountants and their clients, further reflecting his dedication to innovation in the accounting industry.

Adam is also actively engaged in his community. He has participated in initiatives like the University of Tennessee's Anderson Center, sharing his entrepreneurial experiences to inspire and educate emerging business leaders.

On a personal note, Adam is a devoted husband and father of four. He openly shares his faith as a follower of Christ and is an active member of the Knoxville community.

Adam Slack's journey from offering individual CFO services to leading a successful, innovative firm exemplifies his commitment to helping businesses succeed and his ability to adapt and grow in the ever-evolving financial landscape.
