Trevor Gunter

Trevor Gunter serves as a Financial Advisor based in Atlanta, GA, where he helps deliver personalized financial guidance through in-depth analysis and tailored planning. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER professional and a member of PYA Waltman's investment committee. Trevor holds a B.A. in Business and Economics from Wheaton College. Prior to joining PYA Waltman, he held roles at institutional asset managers Vanguard and Invesco.

Claire Kluth

S a Financial Advisor, Claire helps clients discover where they currently stand, envision where they aim to be and the experiences they desire en route, and explore the different paths to make that future a reality. She earned her Bachelor of Science from Liberty University in Finance, Financial Planning, and Economics and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER, as well as an Enrolled Agent (EA). When she is not in the office, Claire loves making new friends, playing volleyball, and reading for hours. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Evan, exploring new places in Knoxville and around the world.

Robert Vance, CPA, ABV, CFF, CVA

Robert Vance has practiced as a CPA for 39 years and today is a full-time forensic CPA and fo-rensic economist concentrating his practice on business valuation, divorce litigation support, commercial lost profits and personal injury economic damage calculations, forensic investigations and expert witness testimony. He is the principal of Forensic & Valuation Services, PLC with offices in Lenoir City and Memphis, Tennessee.

He has qualified as an expert and testified in 177 trials and hearings, 33 with a jury, in 66 differ-ent courts, testified in 142 depositions and has been appointed by judges as a Special Master 5 times. Additionally, Rob’s testimony has been referenced in over 30 Tennessee appellate cases. He is a frequent speaker to attorney and forensic CPA groups both locally and nationally.

Rob was appointed by the Governor of Tennessee in 2021 as a member of the Tennessee State Board of Accountancy and was reappointed in 2024. He is a Past-President of the Memphis Chapter of the Tennessee Society of CPAs (TSCPA) and is a past-chairman of the Forensic & Valuation Services Conference Planning Committee of the TSCPA. He has served as an officer on several non-profit Boards including the Boys and Girls Clubs and The Phoenix Club of Memphis.

Megan Beatty

Megan has 15 years of accounting experience, serving family offices and high-net-worth families. She provides tax compliance and planning for individual family members, their trusts and investment partnerships; financial reporting; and foreign reporting for complex investments. Megan is a summa cum laude graduate of The University of Tennessee System, with a B.S. degree in business administration in accounting and an M.S. degree in accounting with a concentration in taxation.

Courtney B. Whitt

Courtney has 19 years of accounting experience working with entrepreneurs and closely held businesses and providing tax compliance, planning, and business advisory services. She focuses on complex individual, partnership, LLC, and trust tax returns; accounting operations; financial reporting; and business consulting services. She joined the firm in 2021 after spending 10 years at a firm focused on family office accounting. She leads the TN practice unit’s offerings geared toward family offices.

Courtney combines her professional skill set with a passion for meaningful community service. She serves on the Emerald Youth Foundation board of advisors and finance committee, helping them to achieve their goal of making Knoxville a city where every child in every neighborhood can lead a full life.

She is a magna cum laude graduate of University of South Carolina, Columbia, with a B.S.B.A. degree, and a graduate of The University of Memphis, Tennessee, with an M.Acc. degree with a concentration in taxation.
