Tyler Noesser

An engineer by trade, Tyler combines his strong industry expertise with his knowledge of the tax code to help American businesses identify powerful government-sponsored incentives. To date, Tyler has worked with hundreds of small to mid-sized businesses to help them claim more than $500 million in credits and incentives

Adam Davies, CFA, RPA

Adam Davies serves as Vice President, Retirement Plan Services, focusing primarily on institutional clients, such as corporate retirement plans, endowments, and foundations. The Trust Company of Tennessee serves as discretionary trustee, investment manager, and record keeper on more than 200 retirement plans.

In addition to his primary retirement plan role, Adam serves on the Investment Committee of The Trust Company of Tennessee, which is responsible for asset selection, monitoring, and allocation for client accounts. Adam also leads the Retirement Plan Services Committee, which enables clients to stay current on regulation, enhances the final product to plan sponsors and participants, and creates efficiency within our operations.

Adam has more than 10 years of experience in the financial services industry. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Wake Forest University. Adam is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder, and he serves on the Board of Directors as Treasurer for the CFA Society of East Tennessee. Additionally, he holds the Retirement Plans Associate (RPA) designation

Bradley C. Sagraves

Brad Sagraves is the managing attorney at Tennessee Tax Law, PLLC. After spending fourteen (14) years at two of Knoxville's largest firms, Brad established Tennessee Tax Law in October of 2022 and recently celebrated its 1 year anniversary. The firm is continuing to grow to meet the needs of its clients by hiring attorney Grayson Holmes, a recent UT Law Graduate, and paralegal Courtney Beeler.

Brad practices in the areas of estate planning, business representation and tax planning, and IRS controversy work. Brad regularly assists clients in planning how to transfer their assets to their intended beneficiaries. He also helps businesses in general contract work, but is especially helpful in structuring transactions to ensure the most efficient tax structures. He also helps protect clients from the dreaded IRS and Tennessee Department of Revenue.
