Our valued manufacturing client, located in Johnson City Tennessee, is seeking a qualified executive to fill the role of the Chief Financial Officer. This is an exceptional opportunity to make an impact on the organization as it is a company that has expectations of rapid growth. Our client is a subsidiary of a global business conglomerate which has been in business for the past 100 years with $2 billion in revenue. The Tennessee unit currently has $9 million in sales with the intention to grow to $100 million in three years. Selected candidates will be provided with company information upon the initial interview.

Desired Candidate Profile:

The company is looking for high caliber, professional who shall impart direction and take responsibility for the finance function to move the company to new / further heights in the ever-evolving Economic Scenario. Well versed with Financial Planning and Strategy, Managing Profitability, Strategic Planning, Vision, Quality Management, Promoting Process Improvement, Forecasting, Corporate Finance, Developing Budgets, Financial Skills, Dealing with Complexity and Responsible for overseeing and directing the organization's financial goals, objectives, and budgets.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (MBA preferred)

Professional accounting designation (CA, CMA or CPA)

10+ years of experience in a Managerial position

Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office & Microsoft Dynamics SL financial reporting software.

Exceptional communication skills

Results-oriented, strategic thinker and planner
