Important TNTAP Updates for Fall 2023
The Tennessee Department of Revenue reports that TNTAP will undergo maintenance later this month. TNTAP will be unavailable beginning Friday, Sept. 30, 2023, at 5 p.m. CST and will become available again no later than Monday, Oct. 2, 2023. This maintenance helps keep the technology up to date and brings a few enhancements to TNTAP.
Manage Secondary Logons – Security Groups Are Now Customer Groups
When managing secondary logons, all references to Security Groups are changed to Customer Groups. The Customer Security tab is renamed to the Customers tab. Also, several descriptions have been added throughout this section to provide more details on the actions available.

Manage Secondary Logons – Deactivated Logons
On the Manage Secondary Logons page, the secondary logons list is separated into two groups, Active and Deactivated logons. Previously, both logon types appeared in the same list together and deactivated logons were colored gray.

Trusted Browsers Panel
A new Trusted Browsers panel is available on the Change Two-Step Verification page. This is located under Manage My Profile. This panel displays the number of trusted browsers on the account, as well as a link to revoke all trusted browsers associated with the account.
