Rappuhn Receives Impact Award From Tennessee Society of CPAs

June 19, 2025

BRENTWOOD, Tenn. – Terry Rappuhn, CPA, of Nashville, was recently presented with the Tennessee Society of CPAs’ (TSCPA) 2025 TSCPApex Impact Award.

The TSCPApex Awards Program recognizes the many ways that individuals contribute significant time, energy and intellect to developing the accounting profession and fostering its success. The Impact Award is given to a TSCPA member who has distinguished him or herself in philanthropic activities.

Over her career, Rappuhn has made significant contributions to the field of health care as well as her community. Professionally, she most recently held the position of senior vice president and CFO of Quorum Health Group, Inc. Rappuhn has also served on the boards of seven public companies in health-related industries. She is currently a board member and the audit committee chair for HealthStream, Inc., the country’s largest ecosystem of platform-delivered workforce solutions in health care. A TSCPA member for 38 years, she has also served the society as a member of the Editorial Committee and the Health Care Conference Planning Committee.

Outside of her achievements in the accounting profession, Rappuhn founded the nonprofit organization Westminster Home Connection nearly 15 years ago. The organization grew out of her efforts to provide help to those in need following the 2010 Nashville flood. Today, the nonprofit has served thousands of economically disadvantaged homeowners throughout Tennessee, providing critical home repairs and mobility modifications to enable older adults to age in place safely and with dignity. To date, Rappuhn has donated over 15,000 volunteer hours keeping financial records, fundraising and providing organizational support to Westminster.
